Using a Core Sweeper allows for a cleaner sweep of plugs removing all materials from the surface of green in Golf Courses. 
 
If we take a look at the wheels/tires, we can see it covers the whole surface, allowing the green to be rolled while avoiding rutting on a freshly aerated surface.
