Advanced Soil Sensor System - Moisture, Temperature and Electrical Conductivity
A SENSOR SYSTEM
LIKE NO OTHER
Soil Scout is the first-ever soil sensor system that allows you to place any number of fully buried wireless sensors across an area, giving you a complete real-time underground weather map to your fingertips. It is the most advanced and cost-efficient soil monitoring solution for professionals in:
• Agriculture (farms and orchards),
• Golf (greens and fairways),
• Sports fields (football, soccer, baseball, softball, etc.),
• Municipal (parks and recreation),
• Equestrian (tracks and arenas),
• Any other irrigated land.

The system enables learning and controlling of soil conditions for optimized growth, as well as savings in operational costs and inputs. Golf courses and sports fields use Soil Scout to improve turf quality, minimize quality variations, and reduce maintenance costs, chemical usage and water consumption.
Not only will the system alert the user to soil conditions based on thresholds set by the the user, but can be programmed to send commands to advanced irrigation controls. If your controller can be accessed from the internet, our open API architecture means we call most likely control it.

I have used all types of soil moisture probes over the past 12 seasons growing in Substrate. However you never get exactly what you want whit one product, as there is always something missing. There are 5 things tha a good moisture probe should be and do: 1) measure moisture consistently, 2) capture soil / medium temperature, 3) capture electric conductivity accurately, 4) be user friendly, 5) and flexibility to adapt to each grower´s needs. Soil scout does all of these things!
