Andre Amaral | Director of Operations
Mr. Amaral holds a degree in Agronomy from ESALQ/USP and a Master’s in Irrigation and Drainage from UNESP. With over 25 years of experience in sports turf management, he has been responsible for more than 30 major soccer fields in Brazil, including Arena Corinthians, Estádio do Pacaembu, and Pelé’s home stadium Vila Belmiro.
Internationally, André worked as Turf Grass Manager during the FIFA World Cup 2014, overseeing 4 venues and 12 training centers, and later contributed to the Rio 2016 Olympics and Russia 2018 Qualifiers.
Currently, he leads World Sports’ operations in Southern California, where he manages the Dallas Cowboys Summer Training Camp fields, serves as a consultant for the Cowboys’ training center in Texas, and oversees the San Bernardino Soccer Complex, one of the largest facilities in the U.S. with 17 fields. As a FIFA consultant, André brings world-class expertise and proven experience to every project.
Fabio Camara | Director of Turf Field Services
Mr. Camara’s education is Agronomist Engineer, graduated by the State University of São Paulo-UNESP (1993) and Postgraduate in Agribusiness (Crops) by the State University of São Paulo UNESP (1994/1995). Mr. Camara has been with the World Sports family of companies from 1997 to present. He has been directly involved with constructing, maintaining, and consulting on over 200 sports turf field projects in Brazil, Singapore, Florida, Nevada and California for World Sports.
